The echo of centuries, today
A Hearth of Tradition and Hospitality
O'zbegim Choyxonasi is more than a place to eat. Here, around one dasturxon, you feel the rich architecture of Samarkand, the softness of silk and the ancient cooking secrets of our ancestors. We pass on history through taste.
Our roots
Our story began in the narrow streets of the old city, beside ancient caravanserais, in a tiny teahouse filled with the scent of coffee and tea. Every brick, every carved pillar and every ceiling ornament speaks of the refined taste and diligence of the Uzbek people.
Built on the "Heritage Gold & Silk" philosophy, our interior lets guests feel as though they are in the palace of an Eastern ruler. Deep burgundy fabrics, gold trim and bright cream walls come together into an atmosphere of calm and grandeur.
